Our data centres are connected to a fully redundant, geographically diverse, metropolitan fibre ring. Enabled with access to multiple carriers, we can provide customers a range of carrier neutral connectivity options.

Our security processes comply with ISO27001 requirements including 24/7/365 on-site security, dualfactor biometric and proximity card access, motion capture cameras with 90 day footage retention, and integration with our comprehensive Building Management System (BMS).

Location

Our purpose built data centre facilities are located in Brisbane in Sydney, with the additional ability to provide colocation services in other data centres around Australia. Our national presence allows you to create a tailored colocation design complete with geographic diversity.

Cooling

Our data centres use innovative cooling systems including hot/cold aisle configuration, hot air plenum cooling and are amongst Australia’s first facilities to employ Fresh Air Cooling using ambient air.

We provide customers a range of additional ancillary services including corporate boardrooms, secure purpose built staging rooms, on-site secure storage for equipment deliveries, custom-built lift facilities, and cabling services.
